RESTRICTED
SPECIES: We will not
be responsible for penalty incurred due to restricted species. It is
up to the buyer to check, and confirm that the specie(s) are legally
allowed in the specific state. Any legal ramification will be the
responsibility of the buyer.
SHIPPING: We
can provide overnight shipping for livestock ( fish ) through FedEx
or USPS.

For Hawaii, Alaska, and other US territories beyond the 48 States
please be aware that your individual state may require import
documentations, customs clearances, and other documents. We will not
be responsible for any problem encountered during the recover of the
package. Please make sure to contact your local authorities before
ordering. )
LIVESTOCK
( FISH ) Walk - In We do not provide any guarantee on livestocks. Once you walk into our store, purchase the fish and bring it home it then become your own responsiblity. There are no returns.
PLANTS We
will give volume discount price for ordering plants that are imported
from Thailand.

GUARANTEED
LIVE ARRIVAL: We will only give guaranteed
live arrival for overnight express services of FedEx and USPS. On
FedEx and USPS you must be present on the first attempt by the driver
of the courier. We will not be responsible for any loss, stolen or
delay on the part of the courier. We do not have any control on the
courier's ability to delivery. We always insure the package, if the
package is lost or stolen we will assist you in filing a claim with
the courier.
DOA REPORT: First,
we require a clear photograph of the dead fish that is still inside
the shipping bag. Second, you must cut the fish in half, either
vertically or horizontally. Third, you will need to send this picture
within 2 hours upon receiving the package. Receive time will be based
upon couriers recorded time of delivery/claim. In some cases we will
require the fish to be shipped back. Please securely bag the fish and
place it inside your freezer for further instructions. You will have
the option to replace the dead fish with the same, alike or
equivalent or greater value of your choice (based on the current
stock available, you will need to pay for any difference that is
incurred). You can also receive a credit statement for future
purchase or receive a refund on the value of the fish.

Returned
Items Must have RA Number no exceptions!
A
RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained from our customer
service staff and is required for ALL returns. Merchandise must be
returned within 14 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization #
at which time the Return Authorization # expires. Return
Authorization #'s are non-renewable.
Shipping
and handling will never be refunded including shipping back to us.
All
Order filled correctly there will be 20% restocking charge on
returned items on in stock
All products must be
in their original packaging material in good clean condition
All of the original
parts, accessories, instructions manuals, paperwork, etc. are
present.
All merchandise must
not have been used.
Defective Products We will gladly replace
any defective product with the same product.

obligated to charge California Sales Tax (7.75%) on all items that
are delivered to a California address.
